Directions

-LENGTHEN: Position brush horizontally, directly under lashes as close to the root as possible, lifting up and out — no need to wiggle. Apply as many coats as desired to give lashes amazing length and lift.

-BUILD: The back of the brush can be used to add build fullness. Focus on the middle lashes to create a wide-eyed effect.

But unfortunately it smudges under your eyes within only a couple hours of wearing it, EVERY TIME. So you look like you've been at a night club and slept in your make-up. Worse yet, it is impossible to get the smudge off that delicate skin underneath your eye - requires quite a bit of scrubbing and washing.
