Wouldn't use anything else, both myself and my daughter use this powder, it's light as a feather to apply and wear. It maintains a matt cover all day.

Nice compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely compact and excellent face powder - very smooth and goes on nicely. I had used the same powder for years but it was discontinued and I was casting around for a replacement. An article on make-up said this one was used by the Queen (now late Queen) so I thought what better recommendation could I have! A couple of the compacts I had had a short life as the powder crumbled - I read a few complaints about that and nearly stopped buying it - but you seemed to sort that out quickly and I am a very happy user/customer. So much so that I bought one for my daughter. Hope she is a convert. It is quite expensive.

Lovely powder but very poor design
I loved this powder when I got it - it smells great and leaves a nice matt finish. However, other reviewers have pointed out, it cracks very quickly and soon becomes impossible to use. I think this is partly due to a design flaw as the powder doesn't fill the depth of the compact case and there is a hollow gap underneath which you can see in the photos. This makes the powder more unstable and liable to cracking. I am not sure is this is simply a design flaw or a step to save money by giving the illusion of a full compact but in reality only providing a thin top layer of powder. Either way it's very frustrating and a waste of money - it also makes me reluctant to try other products in case they also have issues.

Good powder compact.
I like this product but it doesn’t get 5 stars as it tends to break up in the compact after a while . Would like to see the return of the red holder.
