Hydrating but doesn’t remove waterproof mascara
I received this gifted by Elemis and was really excited to try this cleansing balm out as I’ve seen it recommended so so many times. Unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. I wear waterproof mascara so finding a balm that easily takes it off is key but this balm doesn’t even budge the mascara despite trying many times, and the added lavender irritates my eyes horribly. On the plus side it feels hydrating and doesn’t leave your skin feeling stripped, so if you’re on the dry side and don’t need to worry about removing waterproof makeup then you’ll probably like this.
