Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much prefer this over a concealer !!! I often find that concealer coverages dark spots but emphasizes creases. This I feel actually brightens without creasing. I find it’s most effective to VERY lightly dab all around the eye, then allow to set with a setting powder.
