Chemicals in it!
WISH EL would bring back the RENUTRIV Sunscreen, 50spf! Was perfect! Stupid to DISCONTINUE it. Was the best sunscreen EL ever made. PS: Anything in the 'Perfectionist' line pills on my skin so I do not use those. Awful.

I'm conflicted
This stuff spreads really easily and is just so nice and light. I took a closer look at the ingredients, and it does contain oxybenzone. I think for this reason, I'll still purchase the cream instead and would not recommend to a friend.

I'm pretty sure this works
I started using high SPF sun protection on my face and neck in my late 30s and I think it's paid off. 20 odd years later I have very few brown spots and wrinkles on my face. During the summer I use at least SPF 50 but they are usually greasy and leave white residue on my face. The aqua gel is great, light none greasy and a good base for make up. I have been out for several hours in hot sun, without getting burnt and my face has not really got tanned. So, I assume it works. I would think you would know if, it didn't as you would get sunburnt or at the very least suntanned.

Best SPF50 daily face moisturiser on the market
The best SPF50 daily face moisturiser on the market. I’ve tried dozens, and it is the best. Not the cheapest, and small container, but oh so worth it. I have super sensitive skin and it never upsets my face. No white film either. Been in full sun for weeks in high altitude destinations and never burned. Fabulous.

Great for black skin and oily skin.
Great for black skin, leaves you with a natural/dewy finish. Great for oily skin and is hydrating at the same time. My only gripe is that I wish it would came in a bigger size as it finishes so quickly, and for the price, it might not be worth it.
