My New Everyday Scent!
I moved to Jo Malone scents last year, when my old fave from a different brand was discontinued. It's always been a challenge for me to find a scent that doesn't give me a headache, so I tend to use men's fragrances. Myrrh and Tonka and Lime Basil Mandarin are two that I instantly loved, but wanted something a bit lighter for everyday wear. After reading the comments for Silver Burch Lavender, I bought a bottle without testing it- I have never done that before! I am so very glad I did! It's fresh and clean, and is lovely after the dry down. The first day I wore it, I received literally 4 different compliments from strangers asking what scent it was - that has never happened to me! One woman said that I 'smelled like clean Spring air'! For others that say they can't smell lavender- it's not branded as a 'lavender perfume', the lavender notes are more subtle, not the prominent scent. I found my perfect scent!

So nice
Can easily be for everyday or special occasions. It's light and has a spring/ summer vibe. My girlfriend loves when I wear it. Would highly recommend.

Solid scent
This is a very interesting cologne because not many have a noticeable scent of lavender, the lavender is intriguing to people who can smell it but I am disappointed on its projection and longevity

Beautiful and versatile
This is a beautiful fragrance that softens beautifully throughout the day. It pairs really well with other woody fragrances to make it more feminine, such as English oak and hazelnut, but even on its own it's lovely. My new staple!

More masculine than unisex
Daily use. I purchased various products of JM. This one to me is more masculine than unisex, which not really matches my expectation as the Cypress & grapevine does. I will still choose it sometimes but may mix it with another cologne for a more feminine result.
