Liner Dry
I’ve bought this product two times and both times they were dry. I buy them when they are special priced and I guess they old and dried up. I have no idea how to get them to work. Any suggestions?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner went on so smoothly and easy. It has a nice almost cream texture to it. The packaging is really nice and have a great design. It also lives up to the waterproof element.

Not my favorite
The color is good but from the first use it seemed dried out. No matter how many times I lined my eyes it was hard to see. May have gotten a bad one but I'll stick with the regular pencil liners.
