Directions

How to use :

On eyes & lips

- Put one pump of product on a reusable cotton pad and apply it on one eye, hold it still for a few seconds and swipe to remove

- Repeat the process for the other eye and lips

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible new formula :( This new formula is awful! I can tell it’s oil based because it bothers my eyes all day after using. It creeps in and burns hours after using. What was wrong with the other formula? Nothing! It was perfect. I had been using it for 10+ years. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it MUFA. Now forced to hunt elsewhere for a new remover that used to be as good as this one once was.

The reviews I read had indicated this formula recently changed and wasn’t as good. I use a very difficult to remove eyeliner and needed something that would help remove it. I have to use a LOT of this product and I have to smother my eyes with it and let it sit before it will start to remove the eyeliner. And I have to really work at it to get the eyeliner off. It gets the job done…. Eventually

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is terrible and you know it New gel formula does not work as well and is just horrible. No we are not applying it wrong. It’s funny how customer service has the same canned answer for every 1 star review. You changed the product to cheaper ingredients and charge more money for it. It’s like the new coke formula scenario. Well I am not buying any of your products until the old formula is brought back for sale. Also looking at the other 5star reviews all happened 10 months ago and are paid advertisement. These are bogus paid reviews used by your company to artificially raise a poor product rating. Get real your new gel product is terrible and no artificial review will change it nor telling smart people they apply it wrong or it does not burn.
