I bought this serum with great reviews and received the complete opposite. I used it and my eyes became insanely swollen for 4 days and only started going down on the 5th day after using it. This is the worst serum I have used and two people I know also had the same issue with their eyes becoming swollen, sore and glassy for several days.

Amazing Difference. I’m a believer.
This product did everything it claimed and more than I expected. My 55 year old eyes (underneath) were sunken and much darker than pictured. Now they are flat and even in tone. Made a huge difference to my appearance.

This serum did exactly what it said it would do and what I hoped for. Underneath my eyes is nice and flat with an even skin tone. Not puffy or sunk or dark, just smooth and even. Made a great difference to my overall appearance.

Fail for me
I’ve been using this product day and night for 6 weeks now and haven’t noticed any change to my eye lashes or brows. I feel quite disappointed as I was hoping for some kind of improvement as I like The Ordinary products in general but this one was a fail for me.
