Directions

To ease and soothe the mind towards a restful sleep, gently apply the roll-on to pulse points such as temples, wrists and forehead.

You can also put a few drops in a tissue or the palm of your hands and inhale deeply a few times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I use this has a "wind down" rather than a 100% definite sleep aid. I like the rollerball nature which prevents the scent from getting stuck in your throat like sprays of a similar sleep nature.
